Vans leave church at 6:00p and return at 9:30p.  Please plan to ride in the church vans, not to drive yourself.  If a different transportation situation is necessary please contact Pastor Caitlin.

Current Medical/Permission form must be on file as well as event permission slip.

Permission slips available in youth foyer.

Please turn in forms by Sunday October 5th.
