Tres Leches Cake Class – You’re Invited!

I’ll be offering three in-person Tres Leches cake classes, and each participant will make and take home their own cake.

In this class, we’ll make the sponge cake from scratch. You’ll learn how to determine when the cake is perfectly baked, and we’ll prepare a Swiss meringue to decorate the cake.

This class is also part of my fundraising for my upcoming mission trip, so thank you for supporting me again by coming to cook and learn together.

🗓️ Saturdays: January 17, 24, and 31
🕑 Time: 2:00–4:00 p.m.

💵 Cost: $40 per person
