Andy Bowen, World Gospel Mission missionary to Paraguay

Andy and Lizet are World Gospel Mission missionaries serving in the rural community of Hugua’i, Paraguay. Andy directs a language institute where missionaries learn the Guarani language and Paraguayan culture. They are involved in evangelism, discipleship, and teaching in the local community and in other parts of the country.  (Our church is tentatively planning to participate in a spring mission trip to work with the Bowens in a light construction project and in outreach to the community.)

Ladies’ Mug-n-Muffin with Katy Beth Searls   As we have in the past, we will sip something soothing from our mugs and munch on yummy pastries while Katie shares how God is calling her and her family to serve Him in Hungary.  Afterwards, we will have a time of prayer for her.

Dan and Katy Beth are World Gospel Mission missionaries serving in the suburbs of Budapest, Hungary, where they are active in educational ministries. Dan teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) at the International Christian School of Budapest and conducts ESL classes in their home. They are both active in evangelism and discipleship ministries.
